We receive requests for collaboration from departments throughout Christiana Care Health System and from our external partners via consultations. Below is a step-by-step description of the Value Institute’s Project Intake Process.
Please Note: If you are a Christiana Care Health System’s employee and would like to submit a consult, you will need to be signed into your Christiana Care login. If you are not already signed in please scroll down to the bottom of the screen, click on the Sign in button and enter your Employee ID number and password. Once you are signed in, click on the Consultation button in the top left hand corner of the website navigation.
NEW Project Intake Process: 4 Steps
1 Request Consultation
- Submit a consult!
2 Team Assignment
- Necessary Value Institute resources, such as a clinical investigator, data analyst and statistician, are appointed to be the requesters’ Project Support Team.
3 Introduction & Discussion
- The requester will work with the hand selected Project Support Team whose skills align with the project needs, to complete a Value Institute Protocol.
4 Intake Meeting
- Once the Value Institute Protocol is complete the Project Support Team introduces the requester’s project to the Value Institute leadership and any additional advice, support and/or project decisions will be provided.
