Stephanie Guarino, MD, MSHP

Physician Scientist; Physician, Pediatric Hematology & Oncology

Stephanie received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine and completed a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at Christiana Care/Nemours. She recently completed her fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology as well as a Masters of Science in Health Policy at Jefferson College of Population Health.  She will be practicing both at Christiana Care Health System as Clinical Lead for the Sickle Cell Program at the Center for Special Health Care Needs and at Nemours/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children as a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist. Stephanie’s time at the Value Institute will focus on the areas of clinical effectiveness and health services research, particularly on adolescent/young adult health care disparities in sickle cell anemia and oncology.
