Ms. Chisholm is a Research Associate at the Value Institute and has been an employee of Christiana Care’s Health System for the past decade. She is experienced in developing and implementing community health education, tools, programs and interventions that promote engagement, optimal health & wellness. Deena is skilled in project management, multivariate statistical analysis, qualitative research methods and Community-based participatory research (CBPR). In 2016 she received her Master’s in Public Health from West Chester University. Additionally, Deena was inducted into the Beta Xi Chapter of the Delta Omega Honorary Society of Public Health and became certified as a Health Education Specialist by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing.
Deena’s research interests lie in health services research with our most vulnerable patient and underserved populations. Her research aims to understand and improve deficits in poor health outcomes while positively impacting the healthcare system overall.
