This Privacy Statement does not apply to your Personal Information from the following sources: (i) offline, (ii) third-party websites, including information from third-party websites to which ChristianaCare websites may link, or (iii) Protected Health Information as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). Information Covered by This Privacy Statement
ChristianaCare collects Personal Information that our website users voluntarily submit when they complete or fill out our online applications, surveys, and other contact and submission forms.
