Effort Reporting

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is the site Administrator for the Workday Effort Reporting System. The federal government requires an effort report when an individual is compensated by or has agreed to contribute time to a federally sponsored project. Effort Reporting is the method of certifying to federal granting agencies that the effort required as a condition of the award has actually been completed. It is the policy of Christiana Care Health System (CCHS) to comply with applicable federal regulations and guidance regarding time and effort to ensure good stewardship of the funds provided to Christiana Care. Christiana Care is committed to ensuring that effort reports made in connection with sponsored projects are accurate and certified.
